How do I pay for the order?

We accept secured payments through credit cards and PayPal. These options are reflected in the checkout. 

When will my order ship?

Once the order is placed, we will process it within 24 hours, and will be shipped in 3 business days. Rest assured that your order will be shipped to you as soon as possible. We will also send you a notification when it ships.

Why have I not received a confirmation of my order yet?

If you still haven't received confirmation on your order within 24 hours, our message may have reached your spam folder; otherwise, feel free to contact us or email us at customercare@glowmestore.com and let us know.

The shipping address I've provided have errors/typo. What do I do?

Please contact us or email us at customercare@glowmestore.com to make the necessary changes as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, please note that this may cause delays in the processing of your order.

If the order has already been shipped, it will take some time until the package is returned to us before we can re-ship it or refund your purchase.

Please ensure that the information you have provided is correct. We are not responsible for the costs incurred (i.e. shipping costs) due to the errors in your shipping information.
