Returns & Refund

If you are not 100% satisfied with your jewelry, you are welcome to request a return and refund. Contact us at customercare@glowmestore.com and we'll be happy to guide you through the process.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 14 days if you are not satisfied with your order.

When we have completed the process of your return request, please return your item(s) within (7) working days.

 

RETURNS

When your request is acknowledged, we’ll issue you a return shipping label that includes a shipping address and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number for you to clearly display on the package.

We cannot proceed with your request unless the given RMA number is clearly displayed on your package and you have provided us with a tracking number at customercare@glowmestore.com. Items sent back to us without a return shipping label will not be accepted.

Noted: To be eligible for a return, the purchased item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. If you return a broken or defective item, only a partial refund can be made. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Damages or defects

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any request(s) for a return for the above reasons after the window period is invalid.

You must provide visual evidence that clearly shows the broken/defective item(s) and provide clear descriptions of the issue(s) with your item. 

Please understand that due to lighting, camera angles, and personal display setting on your monitor, the color difference is not considered as a defect unless a huge difference is noticeable (ex: A blue item was ordered but you received a yellow one.).

  

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Late receipt of refunds

If the refund has not been reflected in your account after 7 days, kindly check with your bank then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of these and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customercare@glowmestore.com.
